What’s the difference between 1-outlet and 2-outlet shower systems?
1-outlet systems deliver water through a single shower head, while 2-outlet systems offer the flexibility of using two outlets (like a shower head and hand shower) with our diverter valves for enhanced bathing experiences.

Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days with tracking)
How are fragile items like glass shower enclosures packaged?
All fragile items including our 5mm, 8mm and 10mm glass enclosures receive special protective packaging with reinforced corners and cushioning to ensure safe arrival.
Do you ship to my country?

We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. If your 2-way shower diverter valve or other products aren’t perfect for your space, simply contact our customer service to initiate a return.
Are there any non-returnable items?
For hygiene reasons, certain products like electric showers (Aqualisa/AQUAS) and assistive products may have special return conditions. Please check with our team before ordering if unsure.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your returned items, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment method.

You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. For EMS shipments, tracking updates may have slight delays but will become available.
