Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Returns Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons and manufacturer restrictions, the following items cannot be returned:
- Assistive Products (specialized bathroom equipment)
- Opened or used Bathroom Accessories
- Custom-made or special order items
- Electric Showers (Aqualisa and AQUAS ranges) once installed
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate your return and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the RAN clearly visible on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to: Victorian Plumbing Shop Returns, 42 Watling St, Lichfield, GB CH2W 1TN
- For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. We’ll process your refund once we receive the returned item.
